Money Transfers will normally be paid to the Receiver via bank transfers or Cash payouts or Mobile/Web Wallet Credits. Certain money transfer services, transfers that exceed certain principal amounts, and/or transfers to certain destinations may take longer or be subject to additional restrictions.

These Terms Of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") are an agreement between Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. ("Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd.", "us", "we" or "our") and you ("User", "you" or "your"). The applicable Transfer Fee for your transaction will be provided to you prior to your final authorization of the transaction, in addition to any applicable fees for additional services.

Currency Exchange – All payments will be made in the currency of the destination country. In addition to the transfer fees applicable to this transaction, a currency exchange rate will be applied. Canadian Dollars is converted to foreign currency at an exchange rate set by Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com ) . Any difference between the rate given to customers and the rate received by Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com) will be kept by Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com) (and, in some cases, its international agents and correspondents) in addition to the Transfer Fees. Any refund in the event of non-payment will be made at the applicable exchange rate as described above in effect at the time of reconversion into Canadian Dollars. Payment – Transfer fees and the principal amount are due and payable before Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com) processes the t ransaction. You must pay for the Service with your Payment Method. If Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com ) does not receive authorization from the Payment Method issuer, the transaction will not be processed, and funds will not be transmitted to the Receiver. Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com) assumes no liab ility for damages resulting from or arising out of non-payment of the Money Transfer by reason of non-receipt of authorization from the Payment Method issuer. Each time you use the Service you agree that Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com) is authorized t o charge your designated Payment Method account for the principal amount, the transfer fee and any other applicable fees. (Your agreement with your Payment Method issuer governs use of your Payment Method, and you must refer to that agreement to ascertain your rights and liabilities as a user of your Payment Method, which may include a "cash advance" fee.)

Refunds
REFUNDS OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT and cancellation of the Money Transfer will be made upon written request of the Sender if payment to the Receiver has not yet been made at the time the request is processed by Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com ) . Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of a valid written request from the Sender. REFUNDS OF FEES will be made upon written request of the Sender if the Money Transfer is not available to the Receiver within the time specified by Clavis Fintech Solutions Ltd. (https://lebupay.com ) for the selecte d service, subject to the business hours of the location selected by the Receiver for payment and other special conditions. Refunds will be made within 45 days of receipt of a valid written request from the Sender.

Collection of Information
If you create an account at the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. Providing false contact information of any kind may result in the termination of your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized uses of your account or any other breaches of security. We will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with our Website or Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. FOR THE PRIOR ONE-MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO THE FIRST EVENT OR OCCURRENCE GIVING RISE TO SUCH LIABILITY. THE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS ALSO APPLY IF THIS REMEDY DOES NOT FULLY COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANY LOSSES OR FAILS OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE.

Indemnification
